HumanX provides digital services and subscriptions. We do not ship physical goods. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how access to digital services is provisioned and communicated after successful payment.
Most purchases are activated instantly after successful payment authorization. In some cases, provisioning may take up to 2 hours due to background processing or bank delays. If you do not see access within 2 hours, contact us at beings@humanx.life.
Our digital services are available globally where permitted by law. Certain features may be limited by local regulations or data residency requirements.
There are no shipping or handling charges because we do not deliver physical products.
Delivery of digital access depends on payment confirmation from our payment partner Razorpay. Rarely, bank or network delays may postpone activation. We will notify you by email once access is active.
If your payment is pending or failed, access will not be provisioned. For help, email beings@humanx.life with your order ID and payment reference.
You will receive order confirmations and important updates at your registered email address. Keep your contact details current in your profile settings. For assistance, contact us at beings@humanx.life.
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Activation of services is initiated after we receive a successful confirmation from Razorpay.
