Cancellations & Refunds Policy

1. Overview

HumanX offers digital services and subscriptions. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled, including payments processed via Razorpay.

2. Cancellations

Before Activation

If your order has not yet been activated (no access provisioned), you may request cancellation by emailing beings@humanx.life with your order ID.

After Activation (Subscriptions)

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access remains available until the period ends. Partial-period refunds are not provided unless required by law.

3. Refunds

Eligibility

  • Duplicate charge or accidental double payment
  • Payment captured but digital access not provisioned within a reasonable time
  • Failed or incomplete transaction where funds were debited
  • Verified technical issues preventing service use shortly after purchase

Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of purchase. We may request logs or order details to investigate.

Non‑Refundable

  • Consumed services, used credits, or delivered AI insights
  • Partially used billing periods (except where required by law)
  • Promotional or free‑trial conversions after usage

4. Refund Method and Timeline (Razorpay)

Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method. Depending on your bank/card issuer, it may take 5–7 business days after we initiate the refund for funds to reflect.

We will notify you by email once the refund is initiated. If the timeline has passed and you do not see the credit, contact your issuing bank with the Razorpay reference shared in our email.

5. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Email beings@humanx.life from your registered address with the subject “Cancellation/Refund Request”. Include your order ID, payment reference, and a brief description.

Our team will acknowledge within 2 business days and update you on the outcome. If approved, we will initiate the refund through Razorpay.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe there is an error, please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. We will work with Razorpay and your bank to address disputes promptly.
